We are happy to accept the return of any new and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. All original packaging must be returned in 'as new" condition. Special orders cannot be returned.
Please Contact Usfor return instructions and a return authorization number before returning your products.
Upon receipt of your return we can either offer you a store credit or refund of your original purchase less shipping costs.
In the rare event of a problem with your order or damage to your order please keep all original packaging and Contact Us immediately. Any damage to the shipment or breakage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the shipment in order to process a claim for shipping damage.
